You can cancel your ride easily through the SAVARO Rider App if your plans change.

1. Open the ongoing trip screen.

2. Tap on “Cancel Ride”.

3. Select a reason for cancellation.

4. Confirm your cancellation.

If a driver has already been assigned, a cancellation fee may apply as per SAVARO policy.

Please cancel only when necessary to avoid inconvenience to drivers.
