If you have lost your phone during a ride with SAVARO, don’t panic. Follow the steps below to get help as quickly as possible:

What to Do Immediately

  • Try calling your lost phone from another device.

  • If someone answers, request them to return the phone safely.

  • If your phone is switched off or unreachable, contact SAVARO Support immediately from another number.

How to Contact SAVARO Support for a Lost Phone

  1. Open the SAVARO Rider App on another device or log in on a web browser.

  2. Go to Help & Support.

  3. Select Lost Phone.

  4. Provide your last trip details and the phone number that was lost.

Our support team will try to connect you with the driver to help recover your device. However, SAVARO is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items, but we will make every possible effort to assist you.

Important Safety Tip

For your security, immediately:

  • Lock your phone remotely (if possible).

  • Log out of important apps such as email, banking, and social media.
